The following paragraphs set out the Terms and Conditions that apply when purchasing any product from the SEB and our Privacy Policy when managing personal data.
Meetings

In order to cover the running costs of SEB meetings it is necessary to charge a fee to all delegates including speakers and presenters of posters. The SEB subsidises each delegate attending and also contributes to the expenses of many graduate students.

Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be made for cancellations received in the last 30 days before the start of the meeting. Bookings cancelled before this date will incur a £50 charge. In the unfortunate event of an SEB-run meeting being cancelled, the SEB would endevour to repay the cost of your registration fee but could not guarantee repaying the full cost of your attendance.

Liability

Please note that neither the venue of the meeting nor the SEB will accept any responsibility for accidents to delegates whilst attending the meeting or for damage to or loss of delegate property.
