Professional development
The SEB is committed to supporting the professional development of its members and the wider Bioscience community. Our professional development work includes training towards a successful academic career, offering support to enhance the progression of early-career bioscientists. We have run a number of events in recent years during our annual main meeting and we also offer resources on this site. Training includes applying for funding, strategies for getting published, science communication, collaboration and effective networking.
