You can apply for a Company of Biologists (CoB) travel grant or SEB Annual Meeting travel grant, but any funds you are granted under one scheme will make you ineligible to receive funds from the other.
We try to help as many people as possible to attend the Annual Meeting. However, we encourage you to look for other sources of funding as we may not award the full amount you apply for.
Company of Biologists Grant
You can apply for Company of Biologist (CoB) travel grants on a quarterly basis and the deadline for CoB grants to attend SEB Brighton 2016 has now closed.
To be eligible for a CoB grant, you must be an SEB student or early career scientist member and:
be in the second consecutive year of membership, or

SEB Annual Meeting Travel Grant
Travel grant is now closed.
You can apply for an SEB travel grant if you are:
- A student/early career scientist member of the SEB
- First author on a poster/talk
- Registered for the SEB Brighton 2016
The deadline for SEB Travel Grant applications is 22 April 2016.
