Registration

Should you not wish to register online, please please download a paper registration form (ICSPR Registration Form) and fax it to Talja on +44 (0)207 685 2601. If you are paying by cheque for this meeting, please make it payale to SEB Management LTD.

Registration Fees are as Follows:

Early bird* (before April 20th 2010): £220
Late (by 15th July 2010 ): £300
Gala Dinner: £45.00

* Delegates who have not yet registered but have submitted an abstract will be entitled to the Early Registration rate should their abstract be accepted as an oral or poster presentation. Please email Talja Dempster for the link to register.

Registration includes tea, coffee, lunches and the welcome reception.

Registered delegates are also offered the chance to sign up for a memorable cocktail reception aboard the SS Great Britain, which includes a tour of the ship. This event is free to delegates, but places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

The registration fee does not include the gala dinner or accommodation.

The gala dinner will be a four course banquet with wine in the University's historic Wills Memorial Building Great Hall (see http://www.bris.ac.uk/university/history.html). Tickets can be purchased when you register at a cost of £45.00 per person. The dinner will take place on Friday the 6th of August.

Accommodation should be booked separately - details of selected accommodation and special negotiated rates can be found on the Programme and Accommodation link on the left hand menu. Alternatively, visit http://visitbristol.co.uk/ for more information.

Student bursaries will be available. More information on these will be available shortly.

Places at the event are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.


Abstracts

There will be ample opportunity for several offered talks in each session, in addition to invited speakers. Please submit your abstract by April 20th and register early if you wish to be considered for an oral presentation.

We also hope that many attendees (particularly students) will wish to present posters. Two poster sessions are planned as standalone evening events.

The abstract deadline for posters is the 11th of July 2010.

Dimensions for the posters are 1 x 2m, in portrait style. Velcro fastenings will be provided.


Student Grants

There are ten student bursaries of £200 available for the meeting. In order to apply for one of these grants, pPlease apply by email to simon.hiscock@bristol.ac.uk with a covering letter and a copy of your abstract submission.
