Browser Compatibility Issues
Please note that the abstract system is currently only compatible with PC’s running Internet Explorer. We apologise for this inconvenience which our developers are working to rectify.
If you do not have access to a PC running Internet Explorer then you can send us your abstract in word
Abstracts must be between 50 and 250 words and should not contain figures.
You must include the following information in the word document AND the text of the email:
- Your full name, title, affiliation and email address
- The full names, titles and affiliations of any associates
- The name of the session to which you wish to submit your abstract
- Whether you wish to submit your abstract as a poster or as a talk
- The reason you cannot submit your abstract using the online system (for monitoring purposes only).
Abstracts should be sent to abstract@sebiology.org .
Provided all the relevant information is included, we will submit your abstract for you and send you email confirmation of this. We will not acknowledge receipt of the abstract.

Please note that after 17:00 BST on 31st March abstracts will only be accepted as posters.
