Workshop 4 - NASC Genespring Workgroup workshop
A Genespring workgroup (http://affy.arabidopsis.info/workgroup.html) has been implemented at NASC to enable the distribution and analysis of the data held in the NASCArrays database. The Genespring workgroup will allow users to access all the data, download both normalised and raw data and perform statistical analysis.
The workshop will demonstrate how the web based viewer and Genespring viewer can be used to access the workgroup and perform analysis on the data. Attendees will get hands-on experience of accessing the data, browsing, downloading and finding detailed information about the experiments and samples. Attendees will also be able to analyse the expression profiles of single or sets of genes, including downloading information, GO analysis and finding genes with correlated expression profiles.
