Abstract Submission

General abstract submission for this meeting is now closed. You can however submit a late poster abstract. These abstracts will not be printed in the programme book but will be distributed as a printed insert.

To submit a late poster, please use the link below. You will need to indicate which session your abstract is relevant to in your title, for example:
"Muscle Movements in running deer" (General Biomechanics Session).

Preparation
All abstracts must be prepared in English using UK spelling and grammar, and should be Arial 11pt font, with single line spacing. Abstracts MAY NOT:

  • advertise a commercial product
  • contain tables or graphics

Format
Abstracts must conform to the following structure:

  • Your abstract should be formatted in upper and lower case.  DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT IN CAPITALS
  • Title: no more than 20 words
  • Co - Authors: you may enter a complete list of co-authors.  Affiliations should be included, however you should only use institutional names and country (no postal addresses)
  • Email address of the presenting author
  • Body: single paragraph comprising no more than 250 words


Submission
Late abstracts must be submitted online, using the online submission system, by the deadline (8th June 2012). By submitting an abstract you agree to your email address being published below the abstract in the programme and abstract book.

General Information

  • Accepted authors must register for the meeting
  • Abstracts are not being published by the SEB or any associated journal
  • If your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation, the poster must be of portrait orientation, with dimensions not exceeding 2m high x 0.95m across.
