We have a two tier classification for abstract submissions at our Annual Meeting. The first, SESSION, is a list of sessions taking place at the Annual Meeting and you will need to select the appropriate session you are submitting your abstract for.

The second, SUB-TOPIC, qualifies your work based on the SEB interest groups and allows us to collect related abstracts for the open animal and general cell and plant biology sessions.

Animal osmoregulation
Cardio-respiratory physiology
Cell cycles
Cell signalling
Cells and systems
Comparative endocrinology
Conservation physiology
Crop molecular genetics
Integrative plant biology

Please note: If your abstract does not fall under one of the above sub-topics or you are not submitting your abstract for one of the general biology sessions (open animal or cell and plant biology), please select 'other' under sub-topics.

Lead Authors

All submitting/lead authors need to be registered for the Annual Meeting by the early bird registration deadline on Friday 11 May 2018 to secure their place within the programme.

When submitting your abstract, the lead author is automatically registered as the presenting author. If the presenting author is different from the first author, please indicate the name and e-mail address of the presenting author in the assigned text field in the submission form.

By submitting an abstract for the Annual Meeting, you are indicating to the session organisers that you are committed to attending the event.
