Travel grants
The Society for Experimental Biology (SEB) and GARNet are offering student and early career scientists the opportunity to apply for a grant (up to £200) to attend the ‘From Proteome to Phenotype: role of post-translational modifications’ symposium on 11-13 December 2017.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for a grant you must:
- Be a Student or Early career scientist member of the SEB
- Have an abstract (talk or poster) accepted for presentation at the symposium
- Have registered and paid to attend the symposium before the closing application deadline.

Terms and conditions
- The maximum funding per grant is up to £200 and can only be used to support travel and accommodation costs.
- Grants will be only be reimbursed after the symposium.
- Successful applicants will be asked to provide a short report of their experience at the symposium which will be used by the SEB & GARNet.
