Get to SEB Florence 2018

The Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Centre is centrally located and combines state of the art facilities with the historical Renaissance architecture synonymous with the region. For those travelling by air, the venue is just a 20 minute bus journey from Florence Airport whilst the central train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) is a short walk from the congress centre.

By Air

Florence Airport
Florence International Airport (Amerigo Vespucci) is just a 20 minute bus journey into Florence city centre. Florence airport is connected to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Munich and Rome.

Pisa Airport

Pisa International Airport (Galileo Galilei) is Tuscany's main airport and handles the majority of European flights. Florence can be easily reached via train and the journey takes about an hour.

Airport Transfer

The Florence city centre can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes or in 20 minutes via shuttle bus. The shuttle service runs from the airport to the city's central train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) which is a short walk from the congress centre. Departures from the airport are every 30 min between 5:30 am to 8:30 pm, then every hour until 11.45 pm. The last shuttle is at 1am.

Pisa Airport
If flying into Pisa Airport, delegates can catch the 'Pisa Mover Shuttle' to Pisa's central train station and from here catch a train directly into Florence central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella).

By Train

Italy has a well connected rail system and Florence is accessible from most major cities including Rome (1hr 30min), Milan (1hr 45min) and Venice (2 hr 10min).

Florence is well connected with the main Italian cities, thanks to the Italian motorway network, thus making it easier to get to the city centre, where the congress center is located.
