SEB ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2021 IS GOING VIRTUAL
We are delighted to let you know that in 2021 the SEB Annual Conference will be going ahead in a completely virtual format!
Unlike our usual in-person conference programme with live sessions running across 4 consecutive days, our 2021 Annual Conference programme will be spread across two weeks from 29th June – 8th July.
With an exciting programme of sessions covering animal, plant and cell biology and educational activities including career workshops there is something for everyone.
We are currently finalising all the details and more information will be published soon so do keep an eye out on our website, social media and future newsletters.

AWARDS AND PRIZES
Young Scientist Award (YSAS)
Entry Deadline: Midnight (GMT) on Sunday 8 March 2021
The YSAS Award provides the opportunity for postgraduates and postdocs (who are within 6 years since completing their PhD) to showcase their talents and is designed to recognise the best young researchers.

Irene Manton Poster Prize
Entry Deadline: Midnight (GMT) on Sunday 16 March 2021
The Irene Manton Poster Prize is open to students and early career scientists presenting a poster at the SEB Annual Conference. A prize of £100 is awarded to the best poster in each section (Animal, Cell, plant and Outreach Education & Diversity).
