Overview
An online talk that will show you that your professional network is much larger than you think (and how to expand it if needed). This network can help your career progression - most job openings are never advertised but are passed by word in someone’s network.
Are you attending the SEB Prague Conference or any other conference soon? This talk will also cover the topic of networking at conferences!
The talk will be held in two different schedules to cover different time zones. You will be able to choose your preferred option during the booking stage.

Audience
While targeted to PhD students and postdocs, it is open to researchers from all career stages.
A pre-talk questionnaire will be sent to check for participants' interests with the aim of tailoring the talk according to the registered audience.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 20 May 2024.
CPD Points
This SEB Career Workshop has been approved by the Royal Society of Biology (RSB) for the purpose of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Participation will be counted as 8 CPD points. Attendees can record their CPD through the RSB website (mySociety). If you gain more than 50 CPD points across the year, you will be issued a certificate.
