Practical and Inclusive Approaches to using Gen-AI in Higher Education videos
This two-day symposium focused on the rapidly evolving role of Generative AI (Gen-AI) in education, bringing together students, educators, and researchers to share insights, develop practical skills, and explore future practice. The programme included keynote talks, short presentations, workshops, and a roundtable discussion, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and practical application.
Delegates had the opportunity to experiment with Gen-AI tools, design and refine teaching and assessment activities, and reflect on inclusive and ethical approaches to their use. The event aimed to build confidence, foster collaboration, and support the development of responsible and innovative uses of Gen-AI in educational settings, alongside networking opportunities to connect and share ideas.
