The International Congress on Plant Molecular Biology (IPMB) was initiated in 1984 and is a triennial conference gathering plant molecular biologists from all over the world. The scientific program highlights recent discoveries in plant science from basic molecular biology to crop biotechnology.
The range of presentations demonstrate the importance of plant molecular biology to understanding species diversity, promotion of plant conservation, and goals toward fulfilling the need for the development of ecologically sustainable farming in our changing world.
The 13th International Congress on Plant Molecular Biology will be held in Cairns, Australia from 24th – 28th June 2024
