MEETINGS FORMAT
Our 2022 Annual Conference & our satellite meetings have been designed with flexibility and accessibility in mind.
This is why this year, our events will take place physically in Montpellier, France but will also take place in a virtual format.
Many features will be available, such as:
- Virtual attendees will have similar experience to in-person ones.
- All sessions will be live streamed
- We will also recording everything and post on the site so attendees can view them later
Registration fees include the following:
- Admission to all scientific lectures and poster session
- One conference programme containing final programme and abstracts

Registration will be closing at Midnight (BST) on Saturday 18 June 2022.
Virtual registration will be closing at Midnight (BST) on Monday 27 June 2022.
