Everyone’s talking about AI in education – often focusing on the risks. But AI also holds promise for inclusive teaching and learning, from personalised feedback and learner analytics to inclusive curriculum design, assessment, tutoring, and career guidance.

Join the Bioscience Awarding Gap Network at AI For All to explore the opportunities, share ideas, and discover practical ways to adapt your bioscience teaching to make the most of these powerful new tools. This workshop will equip educators with the knowledge and tools to turn ideas into impactful action.

Participants will:

❖     Identify practical AI solutions for enhancing inclusivity in bioscience education.

❖     Collaborate on designing action plans tailored to their specific educational contexts.

❖     Engage with experts and peers to refine strategies and address implementation challenges.

❖     Gain insights into ethical AI usage to ensure equitable learning opportunities.

Confirmed keynote speakers:

  • Prof Carl Larsen, University of Liverpool
  • Dr Nigel Francis, Cardiff University

AI For All is a multi-hub hybrid event. We would like, where possible, for participants to join in groups from a suitable "hub" - a video-conferencing room on your campus. You can either host your own hub or travel to one nearby. Please   see the map at on the event webpage   for the current hubs and email the local organiser for details. Or click the "Host a hub" button to host your own!
