Weaving together physiology, molecular biology and community science to inform white sturgeon conservation in British Columbia
Dr. Madison Earhart weaves together physiology, molecular biology, movement, and community science to inform holistic conservation and management strategies for threatened white sturgeon in British Columbia. Working with many First Nations, anglers, and NGO’s Madison has created and deployed novel biomarker tools that assess population stressors in wild sturgeon allowing for improved management strategies.
