  • A stamped and signed letter from your department administration confirming: your program of study, course start date and course expected end date
  • A PDF scan of your Student ID card
Early Career Scientists:
(must be within 5 years since you completed your PhD)
  • A scanned copy of your PhD certificate showing your completion date (PDF format)
All other applicants:
  • A copy of your CV or a link to your academic profile page on your institutional website
