Abstract Deadline Extended for the 16th International Congress on the Biology of Fish 2026
The deadline for abstract submission to the upcoming 16th International Congress on the Biology of Fish (ICBF) meeting has just been extended to March 12th.
If you have been feeling stressed about getting your abstract submitted, you might be interested in our symposium, “Stress in fish I (regulation of HPI axis functioning and response to stress) and II (stress effects on physiology – mechanistic insights)”!
This symposium is aimed at researchers working on all aspects of stress in fish, from the mechanisms of HPI axis activity and regulation (Stress in Fish I: Regulation of HPI axis functioning and response to stress) to those working on the interactions between stress physiology and environmental factors such as temperature, social interactions or endocrine-disrupting chemicals (Stress in Fish II: Stress effects on physiology – mechanistic insights).
For questions, please reach out to Katie Gilmour ([email protected]), Nick Bernier ([email protected]), Matt Vijayan ([email protected]) or Lluis Tort ([email protected]). We are eager to meet you in Vancouver to hear about your latest research on stress!
