Childcare at the SEB Annual Conference

We are happy announce that, following feedback from delegates at our meetings and in a bid to make our conference more inclusive, we are introducing a crèche at our Montpellier 2022 Annual Conference.

To provide this facility we will be teaming up with Nipperbout, an award-winning event childcare company with over 25 years of experience.

The crèche will be open to the children of registered delegates, between the ages of 0-12. There are limited spaces and the service will be offered on a first-come first served basis.

FEES:
A fee of £20 per child/ per day will apply (or £10 per ½ day).

CRECHE SCHEDULE:
The crèche is planned to run throughout the conference between around 8.30am until 6pm and finishing earlier on the last day of the conference and the exact schedule will be confirmed in due course.

LUNCH:
Please note the crèche will be closed for lunch and parents are responsible for providing food for their children. Parents will therefore be required to collect their children at lunchtime as the crèche staff will require a half hour break. Water and healthy snacks will be available during crèche hours. The exact lunch break times for each day will also be published in due course on our website together with the creche schedule.
