OED Gen-AI Symposium videos now available On Demand
The recordings from the SEB Outreach, Education and Diversity (OED) Symposium, Practical and Inclusive Approaches to using Gen-AI in Higher Education, are now available to watch on demand.
Held on 9–10 April 2026 in Nottingham, the two-day symposium brought together educators, researchers, and students to explore the rapidly evolving role of Generative AI in higher education. Through keynote talks, interactive workshops, short presentations, and roundtable discussions, the event focused on practical, ethical, and inclusive approaches to integrating Gen-AI into teaching, learning, and academic practice.
The symposium aimed to help delegates build confidence in using Gen-AI tools, develop innovative teaching and assessment strategies, and better understand how AI can support diverse perspectives and accessible learning environments. Participants also explored ways to apply Gen-AI responsibly within their own professional contexts while contributing to wider conversations about the future of education.
The newly available on-demand videos provide an opportunity to revisit the discussions, discover practical insights, and engage with expert perspectives shared throughout the event.
