Limited on-site accommodation is available to book for two nights stay (check-in on Monday 9th September, check-out on Wednesday 11th September) at Southside halls of residence at Imperial College London. This can be booked as an add-on option when purchasing your event ticket via our registration page for an additional cost of £250.
These rooms are all en-suite singles, and are available from 14.00 (check-in) on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 (check-out) on the day of departure.
Rooms will be cleaned and clean bed linen will be provided.
Sky Wi-Fi access is complimentary provided for the whole duration of the stay.
Luggage areas are available before check-in and after check-out.
The college can provide accessible rooms upon request, subject to availability.
