Are you an early-career researcher or conservation enthusiast eager to explore how science and practice can coalesce? Don’t miss this inaugural session of the ConPhys Conversations webinar series, hosted by the Society for Experimental Biology in partnership with Conservation Physiology.

On 5 November 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm GMT, Dr Steven Cooke (founding editor of Conservation Physiology) will deliver a presentation titled “Reflections on co-production and impact in conservation physiology.”

In this talk, he will trace his pathway into co-produced science, highlight key successes and failures, and discuss how engaging with stakeholders and partners can elevate the impact of research in conservation contexts.

This webinar is especially aimed at students and early career researchers working in or interested by conservation physiology, though researchers at any career stage are welcome to join.  
Topics throughout the series will include academic publishing, scientific writing, and forging collaborations across disciplines.
