ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE

If you are attending the Annual Conference with a friend or spouse and would like them to join you at the networking opportunities, you can purchase an accompanying person ticket.

The ticket price allows the individual to attend the welcome reception, poster sessions and includes refreshments/lunch throughout the Annual Conference.
Please note: An accompanying person will not be able to attend any scientific lecture sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations before 17 May 2023 will incur a £50 administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 17 May 2023.
