Exhibition Package 

Below are the details on what is included in the package.

  • 2 Conference registrations.
  • Coffee, tea, and lunch are on-site.
  • 3 x 2 meter area, there is an opportunity to purchase more space. 
  • On-site Insurance policy for each exhibitor.
  • 1 table, 2 chairs, mains power, lighting, and carpet. 
  • Access to all onsite networking opportunities.
  • Access to all the conference sessions.
  • logo and hyperlink on the 2026 website.
  • Company profile on the 2026 website and programme book, distributed to all conference attendees.

The cost of the exhibition stand is £2950.00.

What is not included

  • 3m x 2m shell scheme booth is not included. 
  • If you would like a shell scheme, please let us know by 30/04/2026        
  • Name Board with your company name printed.
  • Accommodation: We can direct you to affordable accommodation options, but these are not included in your stand.
  • Audiovisual equipment.
  • Additional electrical supplies.
  • We will take precautions to ensure your equipment is safe; there will be a security guard on site.
  • Public liability Insurance, can you provide your insurance certificate?

2. Exhibitor Stand Requirements

 All exhibition stands will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and the SEB will try to accommodate all requests and requirements where possible.

 Exhibition stands are 3m x 2m and the following will be provided to all exhibitors:

  • 1 x table and 2 x chairs
  • 2 x complimentary Annual Conference registration
  • Logo and hyperlink on conference website
  • Logo and company profile within Conference programme book

Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive a completed copy of the booking form. Submitting your booking form confirms that you have read, accept and agree to comply with all the requirements laid out in our Terms and Conditions.
